The Department of Urology and Andrology works in tandem with the Department of Gynecology, and provides advanced care for both men and women. From simple ailments like urinary infections to problems related to bladder stones, prostate enlargement, cancer, varicoceles, and other related conditions, the department is fully equipped along with the services of some of the best doctors available in the state of Kerala. The department also works with the Center for Reproductive Medicine and provides support to couples with male infertility. Over the years, the department has successfully treated men with no evident sperm production (Azoospermia) by technologies such as Testicular Biopsy and epididymal Sperm Aspiration with Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI).
